I recently fitted my 89 Navara ute with new Narva rectangular H4 headlights in place of the original tungsten sealed beams and was very dissapointed with the results. The problem is that if I aligned the low beam correctly when you went to high beam the alignment was way off. After a bit of experimentation and contacting Narva, who were very helpful, I found that the problem is that on low beam there is a large deadspot in the lighting which on low beam gives an incorrect idea of where the "centre" of the light is. After lots of mucking around I have cut my losses and fitted Cibie inserts and unfortunately will never buy aNarva product again.
